Our founder
Our CEO, Sue Howse is a highly reputable executive with expertise in the design and execution of business strategy, together with deep experience in leadership development which spans a 25 year long career.
She has the ability to set strategy and deliver against high standards of collaborative leadership, empowering and developing others to do the same. Critical to business success is the skills to lead and coach executives to deliver sound profitability and market growth which is evident in Sue’s background in the development of commercial business plans to deliver sustainable financial outcomes.
Executives must have the ability to engage, lead and work with people across complex organisations and be agile for market shifts and fluctuations and Sue’s experience across the decades in business is both a mirror and sounding board for many of her clients.
